First, the name
A botanical infusion is simply flowers, herbs, spices or fruit steeped in water.
Tea comes from the Camellia sinensis plant. These do not. Think of the method as familiar: hot water draws flavour from ingredients you may already know from an Indian kitchen. The result can be floral, cooling, warming or brightly citrusy.

Use hot water and a kitchen strainer. Brew stronger, cool and add ice for a cold glass.
