If it isn’t right.

Tea is personal. If something arrives damaged, or simply isn’t what you hoped for, tell us within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right.

Damaged or wrong items

Send us a photo within 7 days and we will replace it or refund you in full. You do not need to return the parcel.

Changed your mind

Unopened packs can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Once we receive them, we refund the product value to your original payment method. Return pickup is arranged by us.

Opened packs

For food safety we cannot resell an opened pack. If you have tried something and genuinely did not enjoy it, write to us anyway — we would rather hear about it and help you find a drink you like.

Refund timing

Refunds are issued within 3 working days of approval. Banks usually take a further 3–5 working days to show it. Cash-on-delivery orders are refunded by UPI or bank transfer.
