Roasted coriander and fennel build a warm, nutty body, rounded by cardamom and ginger, with pepper at the finish. A warming botanical infusion, without tea or caffeine.
How to make it
Steep one measured portion in 200ml hot water for 4–5 minutes, then strain. For an iced glass, brew with less water, let it cool and pour over plenty of ice.
