What we keep.

We collect the least we can and we do not sell it. This page is a plain-language summary; it is not a substitute for legal review before launch.

What we collect

Your name, delivery address, email, phone number and order history, so we can deliver your order and help you if something goes wrong. Payment details are handled by our payment provider and never reach our servers.

Analytics and advertising

We use cookies to understand which pages people find useful, and to measure our advertising on Meta platforms. This tells us that an order happened; it does not tell us who you are as a person. You can block these in your browser without losing any part of the shop.

Who else sees it

Only the couriers who deliver your parcel, our payment provider, and the tools we use to send order updates. Nobody else, ever.

Your choices

Write to hello@ouns.in to see, correct or delete everything we hold about you. We will action it within 30 days.

TODO before launch: have this reviewed against the DPDP Act 2023 and name a Data Protection Officer if required.
